Workplace Trends and Opportunities: A Panel Discussion on How Organizations Are Adapting, Engaging

The American workplace is in an important transitional period. While the economy is improving, there are still signs of distress and challenge. Much like a person who is recovering from a serious injury, and who is focused on getting better, the recovery is steady but it takes time and requires continued attention and support. While most employees are becoming proficient at doing more with less, others have been overwhelmed by stress. It continues to be a time of change and uncertainty.

Join us for a panel discussion on how organizations are:

• Continuing to adapt to the changing workplace
• Maximizing employee engagement
• Creating a culture of health
• Improving benefit access

The roundtable format will allow us to look broadly across the experience of many organizations as well as to look more closely at the experience of a few organizations.

Speakers:

•  Irv Kooris, MEd, LMFT, LMHC, CEAP, Director, Associate Services, The Home Depot
•  Chris Pawson, Manager, Behavioral Health Benefits, Owens Corning
•  Eddie Trieber, JD, PhD, Chief Executive Officer, Harris, Rothenberg International
