About the Presenters

Facilitators David Fisher

Dr. Fisher is currently the President and co-founder of PsyBar LLC. He is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of a network of over 1200 MD and Ph.D. level professionals providing forensic
psychological/psychiatric services nationwide. He has developed standards for network composition, assessment protocols, and all quality assurance programs as well as obtaining company approval from the American Psychological Association to offer continuing education credit to psychologists.

In his career, he has provided eclectic psychological therapy and assessment, supervised staff on quality assurance issues, and conducted program evaluation research. He has provided consultation for the Minnesota Comprehensive Epilepsy Program, Brain Injury Clinic at Sister Kenny Institute, Virginia Piper Cancer Pain Program, Anxiety Disorders, Headache Management, and chronic pain programs of Abbott-Northwestern Hospital, and was a member of the Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation Heart Transplant Team.
