About the Program
In 2008, at the beginning of the recession, BlessingWhite took the pulse of employee engagement, both nationally and internationally. In 2010, they repeated that study to look at post-recession factors impacting engagement.
After months of hard decisions, pay freezes, shifting priorities and downsizing, what is the overall state of today's workforce engagement? BlessingWhite solicited feedback from 10,000 people worldwide. The results are both interesting and surprising.
Objectives: This one hour webinar presentation will update EAP professionals on the newest research results. During these interactive events we'll explore together the following:
- How to define "engagement" in a way that is actionable
- Current engagement levels by seniority, generations, industry
- The role that leaders play in driving engagement
- The key drivers of individual employee engagement
- The implications for your organization and how to use this information to drive engagement.
