About the Presenter
Facilitator – Jo Renee Fine, Ph.D.
Harris Rothenberg International, LLC
Jo Renee Fine is Director of Training and Content Development at Harris, Rothenberg International, LLC, a performance management consulting firm, and is a trainer and content developer with over 25 years of program development and management experience in both the private and non-profit sectors. Holding a B.A. in Sociology from Smith College and a Ph.D. in Human Relations and Social Policy from New York University, Dr. Fine has developed broad expertise in such content areas as diversity management, prevention of sexual harassment, team building, conflict management, communication skills, supervision, and workforce development.
Dr. Fine has been recognized by Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who of American Women, and Who’s Who in the East. She is a published photographer whose work includes the photodocumentary book, The Synagogues of New York’s Lower East Side, and also has been an Adjunct Assistant Professor in both the Applied Psychology and Educational Communication and Technology programs at New York University’s Graduate School of Education.
In addition to her professional work, Dr. Fine is involved in numerous community activities and has served on Boards of Directors of several non-profit organizations.
