About the Presenter

Facilitator – Stephanie Deutsch

Stephanie Deutsch joined Employee and Family Resources (EFR) in December 2003 as a Drug and Violence Prevention Specialist where she implemented and managed a Methamphetamine Prevention Grant.  During this time, Stephanie also assisted with the development and implementation of two restorative justice programs designed to prevent first time offenders from being involved with court.  Both of these programs continue to operate successfully today.

In this position Stephanie continued to develop her presentation and training skills.  Stephanie currently serves as Counseling Center Coordinator for Employee and Family Resources (EFR). She serves on a variety of committees, provides departmental trainings and is part of the Critical Incident Stress Debriefing team.

Stephanie’s professional experience includes 15 years of working with people in various settings; from residential treatment services, EAP Counseling and private practice counseling to mentoring at risk youth on adventure trips.

She has provided trainings on workplace issues ranging from Methamphetamine to Restorative Justice and has coordinated a variety of local and state forums. She brings real life experience to each of her presentations.
