About the Presenters
Facilitators – David Rendall
David Rendall is an international speaker, author and consultant. He is principal and founder of Rendall & Associates, a consulting firm that specializes in leadership development and strategic planning. He has provided training and consulting services to people and organizations throughout the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom.
Prior to becoming a consultant, he developed and managed nonprofit enterprises that provided employment for people with disabilities. He has more than ten years of experience leading people and organizations. He earned a doctor of management degree in organizational leadership from the University of Phoenix. He also has a master’s degree in counseling psychology from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Judson College.
His work as an author includes numerous articles and book reviews related to marketing, knowledge management, personal development and social enterprise.
About the Program
Globalization, outsourcing, demographic shifts and technological advances are just a few of the seismic changes causing dramatic shifts in the way people live, work and play. These changes are combining and accelerating their impact on the world. This impact is both positive and negative, creating opportunities and threats, hope and fear. It is important for EAP's to understand these trends and how they affect the future of the companies and employees that they serve.
