  2. A Roundtable Discussion and Q&A

Objectives:

  1. Assist participants in understanding the typical types of financial challenges employees are currently facing;
  2. How these financial challenges are impacting an employer’s bottom line;
  3. How a financial literacy program can strengthen the employee/employer relationship as well as the employer’s bottom line; and
  4. Recognizing some of the new financial issues employees will face in the future.

About the Presenter

John Henderson  CFEd®

John Henderson has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from California State University, Sacramento. He is the Vice President of Financial Coaching for CLC Incorporated and was a financial coach for CLC prior to that.  Before joining CLC John spent 10+ years in the financial services industry as a Personal Banker, Business Banker, as well as Branch Manager for several commercial banks.  He is a CFEd™  (Certified Financial Educator) and a Certified Credit Counselor  He has been involved in the financial services industry for over 19 years.
