Stephen Alexander is a seasoned professional in EAP, Career Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management and Change Management. He is also an expert Executive Coach, consulting to and serving in large and /or growing companies. He develops, delivers and leads organizational change programs, leadership development programs, and processes and HR strategy and tactics. He has excellent skills in a diverse range of areas including needs analysis, succession and talent acquisition/retention and development, career development, organizational visioning, program design and delivery, executive coaching, EAP and human resource strategies and programs.
