About the Program
Current research helps us to understand the impact of successful relationships and healthy marriages on productivity and the bottom line. Employees in successful marriages and relationships are more stable and committed to their employers. They also have lower health care costs. Corporations can realize a $1.50 to $6.85 return on investment for every dollar spent on physical and relational wellness.
A recent article in the Journal of Employee Assistance on divorce focused on the high cost to corporations in terms of presenteeism and productivity. While it is important to recognize and have resources for dealing with the impact of divorce on workers, it is just important to recognize and address the other end of the spectrum, marriage and relational wellness. Why not give employees the education, and the tools to help them to develop healthy marriages. We know what skills it takes to have a healthy marriage. We have developed tools and resources that can increase these skills.
This one-hour webinar will explore the costs and benefits of healthy marriages and successful relationships to business, give employers a tool for measuring the ROI, and suggest ways of promoting marriage and family wellness.
Participants will have a chance to ask questions.
