About the Presenter
Facilitator –Michelle Clos, LPC, CEAP, ACC
Michelle Clos, LPC, CEAP, ACC, has worked for ValueOptions as an Employee Assistance Consultant on the Health & Performance Solutions team for nine years. As a Certified Employee Assistant Professional and Licensed Professional Counselor she has provided management consultation for Fortune 500 companies such as AT&T, Southwest Air, USAA and Dell Computers on issues such as conflict resolution, communication skills, risk management, and crisis response services. In addition to her role as an Employee Assistance Consultant with ValueOptions, Michelle has her own business as a business and personal coach. Recently credentialed by the International Coach Federation, Michelle partners with her clients to help them achieve their career goals such as transitioning to a new career, starting a new business, navigating difficult career decisions, or creating work/life balance.
