Since 1990 she's been writing the monthly Newsbrief, Trend Report and Manager's Quarterly, bringing the latest news about best workplace practices, research, company experiences and legislation to hundreds of companies. Subscribers can search through 6,000 pages of online work-life history and also get personal help to find the information they need to plan and justify a comprehensive work-life program. Susan writes the monthly UpDate column on the company’s award-winning Website, and the Tip of the Month, which goes to several thousand recipients each month. Her company has also developed five Web-based courses for managers and staff to help them create a more flexible, supportive and healthier work environment, now being used by more than 50 companies.
