Susan Seitel founded WFC Resources, Inc. (then Work & Family Connection) in 1984 to help employers create a more flexible, effective and supportive work environment. Her company has also developed five Web-based courses for managers and staff to help them create a more flexible, supportive and healthier work environment, now being used by more than 50 companies. Her writings include the book, "The Eleven Essential Steps to Creating a Successful Work-Life Program," The Most Important Studies of the Decade and several White Papers.
