It has been said that leaders are learners. In the same way, leading companies are learning companies. What does your organization know? What do your employees know? How can you gather, store and use this information? How can you share this accumulated knowledge within your company and with suppliers and customers? This session will answer these important questions and help you to develop a learning organization that is constantly developing and adapting to a rapidly changing environment.
Participants will have a chance to ask questions.
