About the Presenters

Facilitators David Rendall

David Rendall is an international speaker, author and consultant. He is principal and founder of Rendall & Associates, a consulting firm that specializes in leadership development and strategic planning. He has provided training and consulting services to people and organizations throughout the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom.

Prior to becoming a consultant, he developed and managed nonprofit enterprises that provided employment for people with disabilities. He has more than ten years of experience leading people and organizations. He earned a doctor of management degree in organizational leadership from the University of Phoenix. He also has a master’s degree in counseling psychology from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Judson College.

His work as an author includes numerous articles and book reviews related to marketing, knowledge management, personal development and social enterprise. He recently completed a book entitled The Four Factors of Effective Leadership which is now available.

About the Program

Individuals and businesses are constantly confronted with rapidly accelerating change. Effective leaders of the future will need to not only adapt to change but also create individual and organizational transformation. Unfortunately, most people and organizations resist change and are not aware of future trends. This session will explore methods for managing resistance to change as well as ways to become a creative person and an innovative leader. Participants will have a chance to ask questions.
