About the Presenters
Elizabeth Grabosky - beBetter Networks
Sandi Eskew - beBetter Networks
Elizabeth Grabosky, holds an MBA in Marketing from Miami, OH and has almost 15 years of experience in worksite health promotion programs. She has achieved award-winning success with HIPAA-compliant programs that tied benefits design to financial incentives and clinically significant outcomes. She has also been involved in health coaching and physician-based prevention initiatives at Duke, Owens Corning and Energy Corporation of America.
Sandi Eskew, is Senior Vice President of Program Management for beBetter Networks and is an expert in the area of work site wellness and health promotion. Sandi brings a unique perspective stemming from her background as a work site Wellness Director for a multi site Oil and Gas Company as well as Director of Corporate Wellness and Vice President of Operations for Partners in Corporate Health, providing services and products to corporations. She has over 17 years of experience in developing and administering successful wellness programs, incentive programs, products and services to individual employees as well as Corporations as a whole.
Sandi received a BS degree in Medical Technology from Marshall University, a BS degree in Chemistry from Glenville State College and is a Certified Lifestyle Counselor. She is a past President of the Board of Directors of the Wellness Council of WV and has served on the State and National Well Workplace Review Committee.
