The New York Dependent Care Reimbursement Fund (DCRF) was suspended. Effective, Feb 1, 2008

Dear Dependent Care Reimbursement Fund Participant:

Please be aware that there will not be a payout in March for February childcare expenses. Due to strong participation and limited dollars remaining in the Fund, New York/New England Dependent Care Reimbursement Fund (DCRF) payments have been suspended effective immediately, and will remain frozen until further notice.

You should continue to keep accurate records of your expenditures, however, there is no guarantee that the Fund will be reinstated in the immediate future.
